转一篇文章，关于笔记本电池，保证让大家惊呆

我仔细的阅读了IBM网站上http://www.pc.ibm.com/qtechinfo/PFAN-3QNQJN.html 这一页
的内容，里面确实明确的指出了应该完全充放电三次来激活电池，但同时也用黑体字标出
:
NOTE:
It is not recommended that you deep-discharge Li-Ion batteries

这确实非常confusing（因为这个网页上根本就没说3次完全充放电是专门针对NiMH电池而
言的）,所以昨天我就在IBM的网站上用它的Web Site Feedback给他们发了封信：

In the above web page it states that I should charge & discharge my new
battery fully three times in order to activate it, however, it also states
that "It is NOT recommended that you deep-discharge Li-Ion batteries." what
does this mean? does it mean
that cycling new battery three times is only applicable to Ni-Mh batteries?
Any way, the instructions are really confusing. pls clarify. thanks a lot!
(在上面的网页中说应该对新电池充分充放电三次来激活它，但同时又特地指出“不建议
对锂电池进行深度放电”，这到底是什么意思，对电池深度充放电三次仅仅适用于NIMH镍

Hi afeng,

Thank you for your feedback. It clearly states in the document that you do
not deep charge the Li-Ion batteries. The deep charging only applies to the
NiMH batteries.

简单的翻译一下就是：
在我们的网页上明确的指出了不要对锂电池进行深度放电，网页上所说的对新电池充放电
三次来激活电池的方法仅适用于NiMH(镍氢)电池。

现在大家应该都清楚了巴，即使是刚拿到手的新电池（当然是锂电池了，现在不会还有多
少笔记本还在用NIMH电池吧？) 也不需要对它进行充分的充放电，而且现在锂电池里面都
有保护电路，不允许把电都放光的（估计电真的都放光的时候也就是你的电池翘辫子的时
候了，呵呵)

俺的SONY VAIO SR17就是被深放电给害了，以前可以用两个半小时的，现在只能用一个半
小时了,当然电池老化也是因素之一了
